   USDA Rural housing loans provide one of the only 100% financing programs still available. With only moderate restrictions on income levels and reasonable credit requirements, many buyers can qualify for this program !

  Where can I use the USDA program ? The USDA program will finance a very limited amount of homes in the Allen Co. area. The towns of Arcola, Huntertown,Yoder and Grabil are able to use this program. Outside of Allen Co. all areas are eligible for financing using the USDA program. The counties of Huntington,Whitley,Kosciusko,Noble,Lagrange,Wells and Adams are all fine to use 100% USDA financing. Most of Indiana is eligible for Financing using USDA. Areas not eligible are Marion Co.(Indianapolis), Most of Fort Wayne, Elkhart and most of Goshen are not eligible.
